Originally from Liverpool, England, Andrew has lived all around the United States but for the past 10 years he has lived in Chicago and considers it his hometown.  Currently, he resides in Lincoln Park, where he loves to take advantage of going to the farmer’s market, walking along the lake, visiting the zoo and dining at many of the great restaurants in the area.

Andrew has an extensive background in sales and customer service and has always been passionate about real estate, so he decided to join the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group Lincoln Park team in 2016. Having been the key contact in many high-pressure sales situations, Andrew believes that his ability to creatively problem-solve and effectively negotiate will be highly beneficial to the clients he serves. Andrew is dedicated to doing what is right for the client at all times and being a trusted resource. Andrew’s goal is to educate his clients about the best options available so that they can make the clearest and best decision for themselves.

 In his free time, Andrew enjoys exploring Chicago with his wife, watching soccer, listening to music and spending time with his friends.

 Andrew specializes in residential real estate on the Near North Side, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Logan Square and Wicker Park/Bucktown.
